Wonderful experience. Arrived on time and walked through my home making his mental list of what tools he needed to bring in and them jumped right in. No job was a problem for him-and treated the small items (changing smoke detector batteries and light bulbs) as seriously as the larger items. He and his assistant got set up and went right to work. Angelo is very focused and quickly knocked off all the items on my list. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the depth of his knowledge and skill and will definitely use again.

The provider -John Angelo- was exceptional, works very fast , determined to accomplish project. When called he wants to know and get acquainted with the to do list so he will come prepared. Angelo of Broward Property Maintenance was wonderful. I had to cancel my first appointment and he was very cooperative in setting up a new one which fit both our schedules. He called the night before and the morning of to reconfirm his arrival time. He arrived early which it really out of the ordinary in South Florida. He did excellent work and completed it in a timely manner. I would definitely use him again and have already e-mailed his information to my friends for future reference.
